Yes, your personal information is securely stored in our eCommerce database with the same encryption technology. You have the option to make this information available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop from us. Or shop as a guest without creating an account.

Credit cards are charged at the time of the order, before the order is delivered. You will receive notification by e-mail if the payment was approved.

We do not sell any products that require shipping. All products are available by download. You can check on the status of your order by clicking on Order Status or by clicking on the link on your order confirmation e-mail to review your order.

All purchased products must be downloaded within 10 days of the purchase date. After the 10 days access will be revoked. Within those 10 days you can download the product 2 times.

If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Order Status page or during the checkout process while placing a new order.
